The Leadership and Work-Life-Balance course offers participants the opportunity to gain input for their own leadership roles. They will learn how to develop strategies and respond competently in high-stress situations. Emphasis is placed on dealing with one’s own leadership challenges as well as issues of balancing clinical and research demands, work and personal life. |
